The store is giving you one free and the manuf. is giving you one free. You will be responsible for tax. Most stores don’t have an issue with it. The policy doesn’t specifically say you can use the coupon, only that 2 coupons are allowed for B1G1 deals.
Unfortunately it’s an ymmv deal.
