I didn’t do a menu plan last week and suffered again. One day I’ll learn my lesson.
I’m working on finishing up Freezer Cooking Day. My plan didn’t have many dinners this time. I’ll probably do more after I organize my inside freezer.

I posted a menu on my site for the first time this week. I usually have meals planned out so Daughter and Foxy know what to fix. It does help with planning too.
I never thought of having one day set aside as "Dinner with Friends". This would be a great potluck opportunity and definitely keep me from slaving over the stove 1 day out of the week!
