Here is a little more information about me, I’m Polish. Well, part Polish anyways. Stuffed Cabbages or gołąbki was my dad’s FAVORITE meal! If you’re looking for a healthy dish, this is NOT a recipe for you. I only serve it a few times a year. I didn’t like it growing up, but I enjoy eating it now. Derrick and the kids love this dish and request it often!

This is the second time in a week that I've come across a recipe for stuffed cabbage. I'm Polish, too, but my mom never made this for us.
