I didn’t do a menu plan last week and boy did I pay for it! Luckily I had some freezer meals prepared but it was a lot more stressful and we ordered pizza 1 night and had (ugh) fast food another.
Give menu planning a try if you’ve never done it or start planning again if you’ve gotten out of the habit. You can plan breakfast, lunch and dinner or just dinner; whatever works for you!
Here’s our dinner plans for the week:

Tuesday:
Turkey Soup from Freezer with Sandwiches
Wednesday:
Crock Pot Chicken with Freezer Red Potatoes and Green Beans
Thursday:
Chicken Tacos (using crock pot chicken), Freezer Pinto Beans and Mexican Rice
Friday:
Chicken Pot Pie (using crock pot chicken)-Make 2, Freeze 1
Saturday:
Pronto Pasta and Sausage Skillet with Rolls (Pampered Chef receipt-will post if good)
Sunday:
Meatloaf with Freezer Mashed Potatoes and Corn
I may substitute chicken, broccoli, rice casserole 1 night if broccoli is a good price when sales come out tomorrow.
