A sweet and tasty summer treat, this Weight Watchers Strawberry Pie is a yummy and low calorie way to indulge your sweet tooth. Fresh, light strawberries, tangy jello, and creamy pudding combine to create a filling that satisfies cravings, but is more forgiving of your waistline than most desserts. This pie is 3 PointsPlus per slice.
Try other variations such as chocolate for the pudding, or make it with different berries like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries and the same flavor of sugar free Jello. To lighten it up even more, pour filling directly into a pie pan and skip the crust.

My pudding doesn’t call for water, it calls for milk. Do I use an equal amount of water?
Dana Zeliff says
yes, water in place of milk. I think it was 2 cups?

Mine didn’t turn out with the 2 cups of water to the instant pudding. I would use 1 cup water only. It was too watery and did not set.?

I couldn’t find the cook and serve vanilla, can I use the instant?
Dana Zeliff says
It should work fine. There is just a slight difference in the taste but the instant has a bit more sodium.
Marcy says
I used black cherry jello! Do you think it will still taste good?
Dana Zeliff says
It will have a slightly different flavor but should still be good.
Kathie says
Can you make this ahead and freeze it??
Dana Zeliff says
Sorry, I wouldn’t suggest trying to freeze it.
Margie Donahue says
Help!! Do you make the jello with the water or just add the powder to the pudding mix?

Just with the powder for the jello.
