How to get the offer:

1. Call 1-888-746-7726, choose option #2 and then tell the representative you are calling for the New Mom Membership offer.
2. You will need to provide your full name and mailing address, then you will be given a membership number.
3. Take this number to the customer service desk at your local Sam’s Club where you will be issued a physical membership card.
4. The membership is active immediately and valid for one full year!
