I love egg rolls, but it took me years before I actually enjoyed eating them. I guess I was used to eating frozen egg rolls that frankly, weren’t that good. Now I can make this Chicken Egg Rolls Recipe from home! It’s simple to make and will be delish as is or dipped in duck sauce or soy sauce (my favorite.)
Chicken Egg Rolls Recipe:
Ingredients:
8- 4 inch egg roll wrappers
1 large can of white chicken breast (drained)
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
3 cup carrots, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 cup white bean sprouts
1 garlic clove chopped
bowl of water
vegetable oil for frying
