Farm Fresh has rolled out a new way to save – with Digital Coupons! There was a lot of speculation about a new Farm Fresh Rewards Card program, and some of you were not happy about the news. One of the things that set Farm Fresh apart from other grocery stores, besides weekly double $1 days, was not requiring customers to sign up for a loyalty card.
This isn’t a traditional rewards card like other stores that a require a membership to receive sale prices. The Farm Fresh rewards program allows you to use eCoupons for extra savings. It’s like Harris Teeter e-VIC coupons but with WAY more coupons!
Farm Fresh Digital Coupon Policy:
What are eCoupons? eCoupons are digital coupons that are loaded onto your Rewards Account. No clipping is required. Simply use your rewards number when checking out at Farm Fresh, and your saved digital coupons will automatically be deducted after a qualifying purchase.
How do I get a rewards account? Sign-up online or through the Farm Fresh app. Once you register for a Farm Fresh account by entering your email address and password, you can select your 10-digit rewards number. It is advisable to use your phone number, with area code, as your rewards number. This will make is easy for you to remember when shopping.
How do I load digital coupons? Farm Fresh digital coupons can be loaded on your account from your desktop computer or through the Farm Fresh mobile app. On your desktop, click the “Add” tab under each coupon offer. This will add the coupon to your list & card.
On the mobile app, select “coupons” from the navigation menu. Click the (+) symbol next to each offer you would like added to your account.
How do I know what coupons I have added? Once logged in on your desktop, select “My Tools” on the top right. Next, select “My ECoupons” from the drop down menu.
From the app, select “coupons.” Once on the page, you can select “All Coupons” or “On My Account” to either view all the eCoupons available or to view the eCoupons that have been saved to your rewards account.
You have the option to view the details of each coupon such as value, redemption requirements and expiration date. You can also delete coupons from your account. On the app, use the (-) symbol. On your desktop, click “delete from account” or the (x) symbol.
Once on the “My eCoupons” page on your desktop you also have the ability to print your list. While it is not necessary to print your coupon list to redeem offers, the option is available.
How do I redeem eCoupons? Enter your 10-digit rewards number (card-less ID) on the pin pad at checkout or scan the barcode on your smartphone. Your saved coupons will automatically be deducted from your purchase. You must have fulfilled the redemption requirements for the coupon value to be deducted. If your coupon states $1/2, you must purchase 2 products in a single transaction – just like paper coupons.
Is there a rewards card to scan at checkout? No, use your rewards number or card-less ID at checkout to redeem your coupons. You can also scan the My Rewards barcode on your smartphone. To access your barcode, click on “My Rewards” from the app menu. Your My Rewards Number will be displayed below a scannable barcode.
{Updated} Can eCoupons be stacked with paper manufacturer coupons? NO! Farm Fresh does not allow stacking of digital and paper coupons.

Unfortunately, your Farm Fresh store will not be able to double eCoupons. Each eCoupon is only valid for one time use per transaction.

Unfortunately, your Farm Fresh store will not be able to double eCoupons or stack the same paper coupons on top of an eCoupon. Each eCoupon is only valid for one time use per transaction.

Do eCoupons double? No, eCoupons will be deducted at face value only.
Can I use an eCoupon more than once? No, eCoupons are intended for one time use and cannot be redeemed more than once per transaction. If you load the $1/1 Country Crock coupon to your account and purchase 2 tubs, you will only receive (1) $1 eCoupon deduction. If the coupon is still available, it may be re-added after your transaction.
What type of coupons are available? Manufacturer coupons for brand name products as well as coupons for Farm Fresh store brand products such as the My Essentials & Baby Basics brands are available.
Is there a limit to the number of eCoupon I can load to my card? No. There is no limit to the number of coupons you can load to your rewards account. Since coupons can’t be stacked, you don’t want to load coupons to your card if you plan to use a manufacturer coupon with a greater value or one that will double.
How long are coupons available to load to my account? I suggest loading coupons that you may want to your card as soon as you see them become available.
Are overages allowed? Another question that I can’t answer. The official policy states that cash back is not allowed. “Coupons that exceed the retail value of an item will be adjusted to provide the maximum value, but will not exceed the price of the item to result in cash back.”
However, it doesn’t mention if you have an overage from a digital coupon, if you can use that overage towards other product purchases.
Do I need a Rewards Number for sale prices? No, you don’t have to set up a Farm Fresh Rewards account to take advantage of weekly and monthly sales at Farm Fresh. The program is for eCoupons only. However, I highly suggest you take advantage of this savings opportunity.
The new Farm Fresh digital coupon policy is sure to be a huge hit. Farm Fresh has stepped up their game with the addition of eCoupons and double $1 Sunday’s!

Ok question. I have a .50 ecoupon for waffles (example) and I have a physical coupon for 1 dollar. Is Wednesday. Do I get 2.50 off that box of waffles?
Yes, the $1 paper will double Wed. to $2 (assuming the waffles are on sale for less), and the ecoupons will be accepted at face value. However, since the program is still new there may be a hiccup. $2.50 off is what you *should* receive.
How will this affect the use of the U Promise card?
There should not be a conflict. Just enter your Rewards # on the keypad or scan your phone and have them scan your Upromise Keytag.
