The 1st Hampton Roads Coupon Meet was a great success!
Not only did A Frugal Chick, The Coupon Challenge, and Momondealz have the chance to meet some of our awesome readers, but our readers also got some needed coupons! Participants were able to view different coupon organization, ask questions, and learn more about couponing from each other and the bloggers. Expired coupons were also gathered for military overseas!
In addition to coupon conversation, attendees were given goodie bags full of samples and coupons from our sponsors AND some were lucky enough to walk away with door prizes. Thanks to a couple of participants everyone else received several items from a Philly House Party and free egg coupons from Target! It was a terrific time and we are looking forward to our 2nd one which will be held in Yorktown. Be on the lookout for complete details that will be posted this week!

Will you be doing one in Richmond any time soon or in the future?
Dana says
Good idea. I’ll have to get with the other 2 ladies. Bit of a drive, but something we could consider if it’s something you all want.
I wonder how many Richmond readers we have?
Nicole says
Or would you be willing to guide me through hosting something like this and I can find some much more (than me) experienced couponers that could assist in the planning.
Dana says
Talking with Tiffany from Young & Frugal in Virginia (she’s in Richmond) right now about getting something going for you guys 🙂
