We're eating a lot of tuna this week too. Tonight I'll be making a tuna pot pie recipe (I got it from allrecipes.com along with like, every recipe I ever make) also using up some Pillsbury rolls. Last night I made Tuna Lime Tostadas found here:
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tuna-Lime-Tostadas/Detail.aspx and they were actually really good. Even after I made it, I was questioning how Mexican & tuna would taste together, but it's something I'll be making again.
