My schedule for Freezer Cooking Days got off track last week. I’m cooking the last meal tonight, spaghetti. I’ll be posting my final results later today, really.

Yes, it freezes very well. You can get a cheaper cut of meat since you're cooking in the crock pot. However, we have noticed that parts of the meat will be super tender while other parts are tougher.
After we eat it the first night I divide the remaining meat into freezer bags. The kids like it over mashed potatoes or in a mexican type dish.
Glad you decided to give freezer cooking a try! It's so nice to grab something from the freezer when I forget about dinner or just don't feel like cooking. Saves us from the pizza and fast food trap!
