Tilapia with rice and zucchini
Tuesday
Shredded Beef with freezer mashed potatoes and veggie
Wednesday
Pork Tenderloin with rice and veggie
Thursday
Stir Fry with leftover pork tenderloin over rice (will make double rice on Wed.)
Friday
Dinner with friends
Saturday
Undecided-will be at beach all day again
Sunday
Chicken on the grill with pasta salad and corn on Cobb
