My goal this week is to cook from my stockpile. I’ll still shop for the great deals, but I need to use some of what I already have sitting around. I’ll only need to purchase a zucchini for all the meals this week! I plan to bake some this weekend too, muffins and something else since the kids go back to school on Tuesday.

Homemade pizza (trying this pizza sauce, so I don’t have to buy any) with salad
Wednesday
Cheddar cheese, zucchini and carrot soup with homemade bread and salad
Thursday
Crock pot chicken with rice and carrots and salad
Friday
Chicken Broccoli and Rice Casserole (eat 1 and freeze 1)
Saturday
Chicken tacos using crockpot chicken with refried beans
Sunday
Leaving open, will be having dinner with friends or family this weekend for the holiday
