I was feeling off last week, so I didn’t really stick to my menu plan or even cook much. Good thing the kids like grilled cheese! I didn’t finish up my freezer cooking either. I’m hoping to get back on track this week, so you’ll notice some repeats.
Monday
Nachos with cooked pinto beans and ground turkey
(make freezer mashed potatoes)
(make chicken salad for lunches)
Tuesday
Shredded beef with freezer mashed potatoes
Wednesday
Pork Fried Rice with egg rolls I got free from Harris Teeter
Thursday
Burritos with shredded beef and Mexican rice that I will attempt to make
Friday
Burger on grill with pasta salad
Saturday
Dinner Out
Sunday
Probably BBQ Chicken??

I made your chicken baked ziti.. loved it.. I have another batch in the freezer for this week or next 🙂 I'm not big on freezer cooking but I'm coming around.. it will be nice when I don't feel like cooking to throw that dish in the oven!
I'm not doing menu plan this week.. hubby is gone for work so K and I will wing it 🙂
I also don't plan on making a FF trip this week either.. I don't need anything.. I'm sure there will be tons of deals since I don't plan on going.. I may change my mind once the new flier comes out HA!
