How aggressive do you get with cashiers who ring up coupons incorrectly? Yesterday I suspected that not all of my coupons had rung up at FF and asked the cashier if they all had. She said yes, so I dropped it. Once I left the store and studied the receipt more carefully, I saw that only 3 of the 5 coupons I handed her had been subtracted from my total. On a double coupon day, that cost me $3.50! But what was I supposed to do — make her show me the coupons after she specifically said she had rung them all up?
